Training

Our most recent training day was in conjunction with HSS to complete the Outdoor Advertising Association Passport Scheme. All of our employees took part in a one day training session, followed by a question and answer paper. I am pleased to say that all employees successfully completed the training and now carry their OAA Passport Cards.

As part of our ongoing training program, our Health & Safety Supervisor is currently studying for the NEBOSH General Certificate and is due to sit her exams in June. We have also recently become a member of the British Safety Council.

FSM Outdoor are constantly trying to improve training and awareness. In conjunction with our trainers and clients, we try to come up with interesting new ways to train and develop our staff and their needs.
